Quereme de la Rosa. One of the most beautiful flowering shrubs in South America, this tropical blueberry is harvested extensively for its highly fragrant flowers. Glossy oval leaves and fist-sized clusters of two-toned pink flowers. This is a high elevation plant that won't tolerate excessive summer heat. Cool autumn and winter temperatures above freezing will stimulate bloom. The sweet, edible fruit looks like a large blueberry.
Ericaceae
