Passiflora tarapotina 4" pot

I'm extremely excited to be able to offer this amazing species!  Easy grower as long as it doesn't get too cold, the flowers are huge and bright pink.  Even better, it tolerates tropical weather (unlike most of the large pinks)!  It was discovered in Tara Poto, Peru.

Subgenus: Passiflora.  Photos courtesy of Dan Pogust.

Light: Full sun, part shade.  There will be less flowers in part shade.

Water: Moderate.

Soil: A wide range of soil, but it must be well-drained.

Fertilizer: A slow-release, bloom-booster type fertilizer is appreciated, but beware of using a fertilizer with too much nitrogen as it may push leaves at the expense of flowers.

Hardiness: Zone 11.  Doesn't like cold!
