Small, dainty flower with a wonderful personality.

Likes a little attention so would put it someplace you frequent. Was not an aggressive grower in coastal Santa Barbara (sunset zone 24). Lots to appreciate in both the flower and the leaves. When you get tired of huge flowers and huge vines, this is a nice place to start a collection of smaller flowers. Mine was happy in partial shade (until a gopher ate through the wire bag). I planted it too far away to study daily, but it was a intriguing plant every time I passed. If you want a slightly larger small flower AND a sweet small fruit, try "elegans" (Bears ripe fruit in June).
