Passiflora garckei 4" pot

Large (5") blue and white flowers with lots of thin curly filaments. The dark green vine is heavy and leathery, vigorous and tolerant of hot summers.  Good choice for rapidly covering a trellis or fence as long as you live in a warm climate.  Does well in containers and hanging baskets.

Subgenus: Passiflora, Supersection: Stipulata, Section: Granadillastrum

Light: Full sun, part shade.

Water: Moderate.

Soil: A wide range of soil, but it must be well-drained.

Fertilizer: A slow-release, bloom-booster type fertilizer is appreciated, but beware of using a fertilizer with too much nitrogen as it may push leaves at the expense of flowers.

Hardiness: Zone 11
