Passiflora transversa 4" pot

Lovely little bat-wing leaved vine that's perfect for containers or a hanging basket.  The variegated leaves are ornamented with bright yellow egg mimic glands and the small white/purple/yellow flowers are prolific.  Very tidy, freely branching plant that blooms all summer. Very similar to Passiflora biflora and P. brighamii.

Subgenus: Decaloba, Section: Decaloba

Light: Full sun, part shade.  There will be less flowers in part shade.

Water: Moderate.

Soil: A wide range of soil, but it must be well-drained.

Fertilizer: A slow-release, bloom-booster type fertilizer is appreciated, but beware of using a fertilizer with too much nitrogen as it may push leaves at the expense of flowers.

Hardiness: Zone 11.

Very charming little passiflora! Came with a few yellow leaves that fell shortly after arriving, but it has already grown more!
Can't wait to see how it matures
